Description: Isaac Blumberg’s client was arrested and charged with using a semi automatic firearm to rob a store’s cashier. The DA offered client a sentence around 9 years In prison, which client declined. With his client facing a 19 year prison sentence, Attorney Blumberg, and his investigation team, were able to find and present at trial exonerating evidence and a passionate defense. The jury deliberated for 2 days before finding client NOT GUILTY of using a firearm. Client was ultimately sentenced to 2 years in prison for the robbery.
