He is a familiar sight at San Diego County’s four local courthouses: Downtown, El Cajon, Vista and South Bay.

Mr. Blumberg is a graduate of a Top 20 law school – Georgia’s Emory University School of Law – and the University of Miami, where he majored in political science and minored in business law and Spanish literature. He passed the California State Bar in 2004 on his first attempt. Mr. Blumberg is also fluent in Spanish and is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Diego North County Bar Association, the North County Bar Lawyer Referral Panel, the San Diego County Office of Assigned Counsel, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, California Public Defenders Association and Justicia Lawyers Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Home of Guiding Hands, a local non-profit organization benefiting people with developmental disabilities.
